Every event is unique and may or may not meet the guidelines as follows. A firm quote can be obtained after a complimentary consultation.
Type of Event: Small Receptions, specific tasks for large events, etc.
Services Provided: On-Site Management; catering arrangements; & moderate decor.
Hours Required: Between 10 & 15 Hours.
Type of Event: Medium Receptions, small marketing events.
Services Provided: On-Site Management, & catering arrangements; larger décor, floral, props, tables/chairs/linens, lighting, & entertainment.
Hours Required: Between 20 & 50 Hours.
Type of Event: Large Banquets & large marketing events, ground breakings, grand openings & product launches.
Services Provided: On-Site Management, & catering arrangements; larger décor, floral, props, tables/chairs/linens, lighting, & entertainment, tents, signage, invitations & mailing list generation.
Hours Required: Between 60 & 100 Hours.
Type of Event: Multi-day marketing events and large portions conferences.
Services Provided: On-Site Management; catering arrangements; larger décor, floral, props, tables/chairs/linens, lighting, & entertainment, tents, signage, invitations and mailing list generation. Vendor/Attendee registration. Volunteer Mgmt., Vendor/Attendee correspondence.
Hours Required: Rates based on per diem basis in addition to hourly rates.
Type of Event: Multi-day conference/meetings.
