Research
Not sure where to host your party? Let the well-connected professionals at Four Seasons Event Productions research appropriate venues – local restaurants, wine cellars, historic homes, art galleries, you name it.
Design
Let a Four Seasons' Planner custom design your party including concept, suggestions for all the details, vendor recommendations, time line and approximate cost – all based on your objectives and budget.

On your behalf, our professional staff will coordinate the vendors, handle the paperwork and schedule deliveries, as well as set up and manage your event.
Day-of Event Management
For the DIY hostess or bride who wants someone else to be in charge on the day of their special event and ensure that their details are executed as planned, we offer day-of event management services which includes a review of your plans and vendor contracts, participation in final vendor meetings, and the development of timeliness, as needed.
Invitations
We love invitations … envelopes, mailing labels, favor tags, escort cards, place cards, menu cards and thank you cards, too! We offer guidance on what to say, as well as provide design, printing and mailing services for off-the-shelf or custom invitations.
